Tom Sparks has an exceptional background as the founder of Hunt Valley Contractors, the premier specialty concrete contractor from Delaware to Tennesee. Mr. Sparks brings his 35+ years of construction planning and installation skills to Sparks @ Play.

Stephanie Sparks provides early planning and development of your playground project, as well as specifications and preliminary designs. Her background in construction sales, estimating and project management will help you create an exceptional playground.

Isaac Sparks heads sales and will work with you on all aspects of planning, pricing, and building your new playground. Mr. Sparks has been involved in architectural concrete construction since 1994, with field experience, estimating and project management.

John Tutunjian is the sales representative covering south of Richmond in Virginia. Mr. Tutunjian has extensive experience in educating, specifying and bidding projects.

Charlie Adams worked for the Maryland State Highway Administration Office of Environmental Design for over 35 years before retiring and coming to Sparks @ Play. As a landscape architect with a background in planning and design Mr. Adams is a tremendous asset to planning any project.

Sandy Fritz is the Sparks @ Play sales administrator and handles all parts, warranty and customer service questions. She has 8 years of experience in sales and over 20 years experience in construction.
